How did we make it simple and easy to open a door
The problem
Going in and out of the house today is cumbersome. A regular security door is opened by endless turns of a key which manually pulls the regular bolt pins back into the door.
You would not want to face a regular and bothersome door in a case of emergency. In these cases every second is critical and the last thing you want to face is an unfriendly door with a stubborn lock.

Reflex , One touch Instant opening. A smart mechanism which stores the energy used when shutting the door to promptly deactivate the locking mechanism whenever you need to open it. With REFLEX, the use of a key is reduced to a minimum! A simple touch and the door is open.

How we solved two problems using one sophisticated element
The first problem
A simple and fixed door insert with a brush that never seals the door properly.
The second problem
The door stop is an external old fashioned element which makes the door and the entranceway look bad. Moreover, it is almost impossible to change its location after it has been installed.
Our solution
A smart door insert with a double automatic action.
Active sealing – when the door closes the insert declines automatically, powerfully pressing itself against the floor, sealing the door against any kind of dirt and insects.
Automatic doorstop – when the door opens, the doorstop automatically stops the door where it was preprogrammed to do so. *Reprogramming of the door insert and the doorstop can be easily made at any time by the customer.

Hidden lock hinges
How did we transform a simple hinge into a hidden lock and by doing so made it impossible to break the door through the hinges.
The problem
Regular doors use simple external hinges, the doors are virtually hanging on the them. These hinges can be torn easily off the frame. The burglar knows what he is dealing with and he enjoys it.
Our solution
Metagrip Three hidden locking hinges which serve as part of the locking mechanism, while the door is closed. The burglars are in for a surprise with the hidden hinges of hermetix doors. Each hinge becomes a triple bolt lock which synergistically participates in the overall locking mechanism and stands up to 10 tons of pressure.
The result
3 hinges = 9 bolts = 0 burglaries. Total protection from break-ins through the hinges.

How did we turn the door frame from an enemy to its best friend?
The problem
The burglars use the door frame in order to bend the door and the bolts. The standard door frame is also its enemy, it collaborates with the burglars. The gap between the door and the frame is used by the burglars as a leverage point for pushing the door open. An iron bar is more than enough to bend any door.
Our solution
The advanced Hermetix doorframe cancels the old doorframe's many weaknesses by being situated strategically in relation to the door. The new doorframe changes the rules of the game. Both aesthetic and secure, the innovative doorframe is a natural extension of the door itself.

3 dimensional locking
How did we make it impossible to break in through the door by bending and extracting the bolts??
The problem
The bolts can be bent and pulled out by force.
The simple deadbolts of regular security doors can be easily bent and extracted under low pressure of about 400 Kg. Not a problem "piece of cake", for burglars armed with a simple crow bar.

Our solution
3D lock – a shift in locking strategy to 3 dimensional locking systems. Hermetix offers a new locking mechanism equipped with unique T bolts which unlike other cases; serve as an integrated part of the door. The advanced mechanism sends all six T bolts into the door frame; they rotate inside it, consolidating with it into one unit. The bolts cannot be bent or extracted, not even under 20 tons of pressure.
